 Legal Abuse Syndrome:
Utilizing a Tort Action in Family Law
Cases

  • Have you suffered at the hands of the family law court and been assaulted by ethical violations, legal abuses, betrayals, and fraud?
  • Have you experienced, or been confronted with any family law court events that involved a  threat to your physical or mental integrity?
  • Have you suffered an intense feeling of fear or helplessness resulting from your experiences in family law court?
  • Are you suffering from any of the following symptoms resulting from unpleasant happenings in court:

(1) recurrent and intrusive distressing recollections of the event, including images, thoughts, or perceptions.

(2) recurrent distressing dreams of the event.

(3) acting or feeling as if the traumatic event were recurring (includes a sense of reliving the experience, illusions, hallucinations, and dissociative flashback episodes, including those that occur upon awakening or when intoxicated).

(4) intense psychological distress at exposure to internal or external cues that symbolize or resemble an aspect of the traumatic event.

(5) physiological reactivity on exposure to internal or external cues that symbolize or resemble an aspect of the traumatic event.

(6) physical responses typically include the onset or exacerbation of a physical illness, such as myocardial infarction or peptic ulcer disease. Emotional responses are more common and may range from anger to profound depression or even suicide."

If the answer is "yes" to any of the above, then you could be suffering from what is known as a legal-related and induced "Legal Abuse Syndrome." And if so, you have thereby suffered a personal injury from which you might obtain monetary compensation from any of the litigants on the opposing side along with their lawyer, and any court-appointed participants in your case.

This ebook was created by the author as a result of extensive research into a way to turn a loss in family law court into a win by taking the action and litigating it in civil court. To the author's knowledge, this strategy has never been implemented but the basis has sound legal footing and needs someone who can take it to completion.

Essentially, all of the necessary elements are in place that form the basis to start an action in court. The main thing to resolve is whether or not the facts of your condition meet the requirements necessary to obtain the diagnosis for the syndrome.

In this eBook are details that give you more insight about the syndrome, about related syndromes, about what is involved, resources that you can use and how to go about making a determination to see if you can be qualified as having the syndrome. In addition, it provides a general guide that you can use in preparing your case for court.
