New!! Winning Strategies and Tactics for
Use in Family Law Court

  • Do you feel like a victim at the mercy of the court and opposing counsel?
  • Are you trying to defend yourself in court but don't know what to do?
  • Would you like to strike back but don't know how?

Most of the tactics and information presented in this eBook are not contained in our other publications and were created to be used in conjunction with the books How to Defend Yourself in Contempt of Court and How to Modify Your Alimony Payments.

If you are reading this, you most likely had are not in a position to be able pay a lawyer to represent you and need to face the court on a Pro Se basis [without a lawyer].

On the assumption that you already have one of the two books mentioned above, you will find that you have the basis to defend yourself on a basic level. However, there will probably come a time when you need to take the battle in court to a higher level when ordinary tactics aren't adequate enough. The tactics in this eBook were learned after the books above were published.

The author has found that some of the tactics are seldom used because of the Good-Old-Boy [GOB] relationship between the lawyers and judges, preventing them from being used except in extreme cases. You need to understand that because these lawyers and judges face each other day after day, they have a protocol between them that they need to observe. They hesitate to be aggressive with each other because of the protocol.

That being the case, it is doubtful that a lawyer would jeopardize their income and future success by alienating a judge just to please their client. At the same time, they try to stay friendly with other lawyers and would be very hesitant to "blow the whistle" on them for infractions of the rules. One hand washes the other, so to speak.

Since persons representing themselves do not have these limitations, you have the freedom to use these tactics which are provided for by the laws themselves. And, since they are the established laws of the state, judges are oath-bound to obey the laws and apply them to the facts of the case that you present. Your main goal will be to catch the other side when they are breaking the rules.

Knowledge of these tactics and supporting law and case law will enable you to level the playing field to some extent and to strike where the other side is not expecting your attack. It will enable you to do things that most other Pro Se litigants fail to learn.

Learn How To Go On The Offense!

Most Pro Se litigants fight a strictly defensive battle in court. They wait until the other side throws something at them and then struggle to respond in some sort of form. No war was ever won fighting defensively. Until you learn how to take the war to the other side, your chances of prevailing are dim.

Learning how to attend to legal matters is not rocket science. But, you need to apply yourself and learn some basic rules of the trade if you are to engage the enemy. Hoping to just throw yourself on the "mercy" of the court with futile efforts just won't cut it.

If you are defending yourself, then you have no other choice but to dedicate yourself to learning what you need to in order to fight the battle facing you.

What happens in court will most likely affect you for the rest of your life and you've basically got one shot at it. That shot better be your best effort. The better the weaponry, the better your chance....and that weaponry is "knowledge."

Material contained in the two eBooks mentioned above will show you how and what to learn to get started. What is contained in this tactics eBook is some of the advanced weaponry you can use. Most of the tactics presented in this eBook comes from actual court cases in family law along with samples of court-filed documents used in them.

The main thing you can get from these documents is a form that you can use along with how arguments are structured so as to present your facts with supporting laws and caselaw. From there you will be able to create your own documents.

A support website has been established that contains the sample documents from actual court-filed ones for many of the documents mentioned in the eBook.
